BRAINONE LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Last updated 14 August 2026
1. The service
BrainOne is an online learning platform operated by 6ixMedia SA. Features may include courses, practice, coding tools, science simulations, language learning, AI-assisted explanations, progress tracking, subscriptions, certificates and institution tools.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Account information must be accurate enough for support, billing and security purposes.
3. Learning content
BrainOne provides educational material and study tools. A course, badge or certificate is not an accredited qualification unless the relevant page expressly says that it is.
4. Trials, subscriptions and payment
The price, currency, billing interval, trial period and included features shown when you choose a plan form part of your purchase information. Eligible paid plans may include a 1-day free trial where stated at checkout. Access is controlled by the entitlements attached to your current plan, and payment-provider terms may also apply.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel using the available Billing controls or the relevant payment-provider process. Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy, applicable payment-provider rules and any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, attempt to bypass subscription controls, abuse code-execution resources, scrape protected content at scale, share access in a way that violates plan rules, or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. AI and automated tools
AI explanations can be useful but may be imperfect. Deterministic assessments remain the source of truth where BrainOne provides them. Do not rely on AI output as professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice.
8. Intellectual property
Unless a page states otherwise, BrainOne software, branding and original learning materials remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed to you for personal or authorised institutional learning use.
9. Changes and availability
The platform evolves continuously. Features may be improved, replaced or retired. Material changes affecting paid access should be communicated appropriately before they take effect where required.
10. Applicable consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer, electronic-transaction or other mandatory law.
