BRAINONE LEGAL

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 14 August 2026

1. Trial before purchase

BrainOne provides a 1-day free trial on eligible paid plans where the trial is shown at checkout. The purpose of the trial is to give you a reasonable opportunity to explore the service before a paid subscription begins.

2. General refund approach

Because an eligible customer can evaluate the service during the free trial, successfully processed subscription charges are generally non-refundable once paid access has been provided. This does not remove any refund, cooling-off or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

3. Reasonable refund requests

We will still review reasonable requests case by case. Examples may include a duplicate charge, a verified technical problem that prevented meaningful access, an incorrect amount, or another exceptional circumstance that you explain clearly and report promptly.

4. How to request a refund

Email brainone@6ixmediasa.com with the account email, order reference, payment method, payment date and a clear explanation of the request. We may ask for supporting information where needed to verify the transaction or problem.

5. Cancellation

Where self-service cancellation is available, you can cancel from Billing. Provider-managed subscriptions use the relevant payment-provider cancellation flow. Unless a mandatory legal rule says otherwise, cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically create a refund for time already purchased.

6. Manual bank and QR payments

Manual payments are not treated as successful until an administrator verifies them. If a payment cannot be matched, contact support with proof of payment and the BrainOne order reference.

7. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are ordinarily returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank or financial institution.
