BRAINONE LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 August 2026
1. Who is responsible
6ixMedia SA operates BrainOne. Privacy and data requests can be sent to brainone@6ixmediasa.com.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use BrainOne, this may include account identifiers and email address, profile settings, learning progress, mistakes and activity, subscription and payment-order records, support messages, institution membership, onboarding preferences, referral records and first-party product analytics.
3. Why we process it
We use information to provide and secure accounts, sync learning progress, personalise study recommendations, operate subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve the platform, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.
4. Service providers
BrainOne uses specialist infrastructure and technology providers to operate the service. Current platform architecture includes Vercel for hosting/runtime services and Supabase for database/authentication. Payment and AI requests may be processed by the providers configured for those features when you use them.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, including account operation, learning history, billing records, security and applicable legal obligations. Access controls, row-level database policies and server-side checks are used to reduce unauthorised access.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information BrainOne holds about you and request appropriate correction or deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements. You can also contact us about objections or concerns regarding processing.
7. International processing
Some technology providers may process data in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, 6ixMedia SA will rely on appropriate legal and contractual safeguards for cross-border processing.
8. Updates
This policy may change as the platform, providers and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be communicated appropriately where required.
